From Government inspections and social audits to health camps and cultural evenings — a factual look at the work behind the mission.
With the support of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Manav Utthan Samiti operates the Radha Krishna Prerna Ashram at Pardapur, Bilgram Road, Hardoi. Tricycles, wheelchairs, silicon pillows, collar belts, waist belts, knee braces, hearing aids and walking sticks were distributed to 118 elderly beneficiaries, with hundreds of people in attendance.
On 29 October 2025 the Radha Krishna Old Age Home was inspected by the District Social Welfare Officer of Hardoi. 45 residents were present, and the officer expressed satisfaction with the management while appreciating the quality of services.
The ashram provides residential facilities for up to 50 senior citizens, including accommodation, food, medicines and clothing. A specialised eye camp examined every resident and distributed prescription spectacles. Social worker Dr. Harveer Singh and BDC Member Nepali Yadav were present.
Leather bags and essential items were distributed to residents of the Radha Krishna Old Age Home. BDC Pradhan Shri Nempal Yadav led the distribution and expressed gratitude to the elders, while social worker Rajni Vermaspoke about the dedication behind the ashram's care.
A Yoga Day celebration began with Surya Namaskar at Radha Krishna Shraddha Ashram, Hardoi. Trainers Amit Kumar, Jitendra Kumar, Akash Kumar and Rajni Verma led sessions for residents and the local community, including practical guidance for back, shoulder, knee and spinal health.
Coordinator R.K. Chaurasia led a campaign across nearby villages using a publicity vehicle. Awareness reached bus stands, taxi stands, police stations, schools, Anganwadi centres and self-help groups, with families counselled on elderly welfare and community responsibility.
A 24-hour recitation of Sunderkand and Ramcharitmanas was followed by prasad and a community feast. Many district officials, social workers and respected citizens took part.
A Social Audit Team conducted a multi-day audit at the Fardapur old age home, interacting with residents, reviewing documentation and offering suggestions. Residents were found to participate regularly in bhajan-kirtan, yoga and recreation.
With the cooperation of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, a road safety event was organised at Vedar Block, Hardoi, featuring puppet shows, posters and public demonstrations. Chief Guest Mr. R.K. Tiwari highlighted the importance of helmets, seat belts and safe driving.
At the Lucknow Toll Plaza on the Lucknow–Agra Expressway, free eye check-ups and spectacles were offered to truck drivers. Chief guest Mr. Ramesh Chandra Dubey inaugurated the camp, and around 80 drivers were examined. Security officials and the medical team were felicitated for their support.
A financial literacy and investment awareness session was held at Ram Vihar Colony, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. The programme focused on savings, investment planning and government schemes designed for women.
Supported by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, a one-day seminar was held at Hardauli, Tehsil Baberu, District Banda. Chief guest Chandrapal Kushwaha inaugurated the event. Speakers covered schemes including Seekho Kamao, USTTAD, Nai Manzil, Hamari Dharohar, Naya Savera and Nai Roshni, with coordinator Ramkishor Chaurasia stressing the role of education.
